Hardscape Lead Installer

Qualifications

Ability to install pavers and wall block with a good understanding of the basic principles of level, compaction, and measuring

Operate all required tools, equipment, truck and trailer

Must be physically fit; able to lift/carry 50 LBS

Hours: M-F 7AM-5PM (Guaranteed Overtime)

Minimum of 3-year experience required

This position requires having a valid, clean driver's license- Driving abstract will be reviewed prior to being awarded the position

Must have reliable transportation to work everyday

Responsibilities

Complete job installs from bedding layer up in a timely manner

Installer will not need to complete base, this will be done prior to arriving on site

Perform routine maintenance on equipment

Some weekends may be necessary during peak load months

Redwood Landscape LLC is a rapidly growing company, and we are looking for a Lead Hardscape Foreman and Installer. This position will require the individual to work with laborers and potentially our excavation team to complete the jobs as quoted and in a timely manner. We encourage individuals with equipment operating experience to apply. Individual will need to have a valid driver’s license and be motivated to work. Experience is a must; we would like to see individuals with a minimum of 3 year’s experience as we are typically booked 1 year in advanced on hardscape-based projects. We will offer competitive pay based on experience and work ethic as well as benefits and paid time off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
