As a Traffic Controller/ Flagger, you will be our front line for safety. Our priority is keeping ourselves, employees, motorists, and the work zones safe.

PSG trains and certifies all of our Traffic Controllers/ Flaggers!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Setting up safe work areas with proper equipment (Stands, Signs, Cones).
Providing and keeping up with safety protocols for our team members and customers.
Controlling the traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
Communicating back and forth with your partner/fellow crew members in order to keep traffic moving safely and efficiently past the work zones.
Working outside (In all types of weather).
Continuously gaining the experience for advancement opportunities with PSG.

REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

Being a Team Player.
Must be Reliable.
Great Communicator.
Must be able to work outside (in all types of weather).
Able to stand for 8-10 hours.
Be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Must have a valid driver's license AND also reliable transportation.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
