Job Overview
Commercial Foreman-Glazing Supervisor: This role involves overseeing and providing support for commercial glazing division in the Tri-State area. The aim is to empower team members to excel and achieve greater success in their positions.

Responsibilities:

· Supports our Project Managers and Install teams through high level communication.

· Coordinates field installation schedules and logistics for material delivery to site. Ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of our clients.

· Advanced knowledge of Commercial Glass and Glazing systems and installation practices. Storefront, Curtainwall, Glass Railings, Heavy Glass Walls, etc.

· Proficient in reading, interpreting, and marking up blueprints, specifications, and digital documents.

· Schedules and attends site measures with Lead Glaziers.

· Ability to run multiple 4–8-man crews, manage and employ the skill sets of the associates on those crews properly and establish leadership and expectations for each project

· Ability to measure and layout installation materials per plan and specifications.

· Ensures daily field to office communication with Operations Manager

· Identifies and resolves any project issues or conflicts that arise.

· Attends or schedules Leads for onsite and offsite foreman meetings as needed.

· Knowledge of tools and machinery used in the Glass and Glazing Trade. (lift, power cups etc.)

· Minimum of 5 years of glazing experience required.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in on-site situations.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Exceptional organizational skills.

· Must demonstrate servant leadership qualities with the capability to train and mentor team members

· Knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards

· Physical stamina and the capability to lift heavy objects.

Requirements:

· Must have at least 5yrs experience in a similar position

· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Required

· Current and valid driver’s license; clean driving history and reliable transportation

· Background check and drug testing required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
