Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at ModernXscapes, you will be responsible for conducting in-home sales presentations to prospective customers who have been pre-qualified by our office. Your primary focus will be on showcasing the features and benefits of our niche products while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home sales presentations to showcase our automated pergolas and paver patios.
Tailor sales pitches to match the unique needs and preferences of each prospect.
Provide accurate pricing information and generate quotes for products and services.
Close sales by addressing any concerns or objections raised by prospects.
Collaborate with the office team to schedule and coordinate in-home visits with prospects.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
