Overview:
We are looking for skilled construction tradesmen for new construction builds and large renovation projects in the Tampa Bay area.

We build foundation-based hurricane proof, Tiny Homes, as well as hurricane proof regular size homes, starting from 500sf and higher.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Looking for individuals who possess multiple skills listed below, not just one area of expertise. Someone with a well-rounded set of skills in the construction arena.

Framing
Drywall installation & repair
Texture
Paint
Plumbing
Electrical
Trim-out
Mechanical
Roofing
Stucco
Paver installation
Landscape
Window/door installation
Flooring (Tile & LVP)
Wall tile
Concrete work
Wood work

Expectations:

Must have transportation
Must have ample tools
Show up to work on time and work your full schedule without leaving early.
Drama free
Maintain professionalism while on job site
Maintain a clean job site at all times. But you construction site, not a dump site.
Schedule is 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30 minute lunch.
Position is Monday - Friday and weekends are available for additional pay opportunities
