JOIN OUR TRAVELING ASPHALT PAVING TEAM

All County Paving is currently hiring experienced pro asphalt paving candidates who are willing to travel for work.

Perfect candidates will have strong team-building skills, including excellent communication, leadership abilities, active listening, a positive attitude, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a motivation to complete jobs on time with high-quality results. Respect for all team members, company property, the company brand, and customers is essential.

These positions are to be filled by skilled operators with experience in paver operations, roller / compaction equipment and skid steer operations. We seek equipment operators with asphalt paving experience and operators who can safely operate machinery while in close proximity to ground crews. A CDL is desired but not required. These individuals will be offered a competitive wage, health insurance and retirement.

Requirements:

A valid driver's license (preferred)
Able to pass a background check
Able to pass a drug test
Effective communication skills
Capable of performing physical labor and other strenuous tasks
Willing to work in intense weather conditions (100 degrees heat)
Must be able to travel extensively and be on the road for extended periods
Punctual and reliable
Previous experience in asphalt paving is required

$63,447 - $154,348.00 per year
